Orders over $49 ship free, everywhere. Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves the warehouse.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, for any reason. Unworn gear in its original packaging gets a full refund; gear you have played in gets store credit if something has failed.
Email teams@kitempire.com with your order number and we send a label the same working day. Refunds land 3-5 days after the parcel reaches us.
